  This location is the 🐐 The manager here is awesome and the staff is amazing as well. The food is always consistent and they do anything to make it right. I get take out here once if not twice a week...

  While sitting on bench waiting on our order today a employee dropped the tongs on the floor picked them up and then with the same tongs took chicken out the fryer... so I question cleanliness also I had a hair In my food.

  The wings here are always great, but the store manager is ruining this restaurant with bogus policies. If you have to constantly reduce menu availability on busy days, you either can't manage your people properly or don't know how to adjust for inventory vs sales. Taking away the ability to order what is wanted such as all flats vs all drums on Fridays and Saturdays is probably not a good customer service reaction to the failed management practices on your busiest sale days.

  Ordered 24 wings online for carry out. Only received 19 wings. Tried to call the store to advise. Nobody picked up the phone for 10 mins. Listened to the eternal loop pushing me to order online. What does one do to file a complaint? You got all the money for the order…we didn’t get all our food. Super disappointed in our last couple visits here.
