  The staff are very knowledgeable about the services offered. McKenna was especially helpful. Her customer service is second to none and I was beyond satisfied on my visit.

  I had an excellent experience setting up a mailbox at The UPS Store. Sarah, Erica, and McKenna were all incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Erica took the time to explain the options available, answered all of my questions, and made purchasing a mailbox quick and easy. Their outstanding customer service and positive attitudes made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's refreshing to work with a team that truly cares about helping customers.   For the last 7 years or so, I’ve been shipping athletic awards all over the southeast to colleges and universities. I’ve always received very professional customer service from each staff member. Erica and Paige are knowledgeable, patient and always make my drop off as easy as possible. I just unloaded 19 boxes this morning and as usual, Paige was eager to assist me. She’s been most helpful the last few years. Please go the Duncan, SC store 2811. You will be impressed and always feel appreciated as a customer.

  Two ladies were late this morning. They apologized profusely because there was a wreck on the highway they take to get to work (can confirm this was the case). Not their fault, they can't control that. They got the store opened as quickly as possible & were very helpful, even to another very rude customer.
