  The clerks were really nice here. They didn't have the part I needed but they found it at a near by store and let us go ahead and buy it there before going to pick it up. It was convenient.

  I was disappointed with the customer service I received today. The older woman working behind the counter came across as dismissive and rude from the start. Before I could even finish explaining the part I needed, she interrupted me with a snarky, “Well, what vehicle?” Her tone was unnecessarily condescending. When I showed her the part I was trying to replace, she huffed, rolled her eyes, and said, “I know that’s a gasket,” in a way that felt belittling rather than helpful. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome, so I chose to leave and went next door, where I was able to get the part I needed without any issues. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below my expectations.

  I purchased a part after the Greer location assured me it could be returned. However, when I went back to make the return, they were unwilling to help. Thankfully, Cailun went above and beyond by taking the time to locate the original transaction and process my refund. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and initiative Cailun showed—it completely turned the experience around.

  Would have been a five star review if they had the part I needed. I’m truly writing this to complement Shelby. She was a very helpful associate. Provided me with items to help with my windshield wiper that would not come off my rear window, even though they did not have a replacement for me.
