  My family of six and our two dogs were driving from Charlotte to Atlanta the Friday of Labor Day Weekend when the battery light came on driving down 85 South. We had to go back up north to get to the nearest auto parts store. Our alternator was dead 🤦🏻‍♀️😭 Jessica and Misty went above and beyond. They checked the battery and reached out to a local mechanic (Mike) to have him replace the alternator. Misty let us wait inside the store because it was sweltering outside - she even brought my Frenchies some dog treats! Overall, it wasn’t the nightmare it could have been had they not been so friendly and quick about finding us help! Thankfully, they had the correct part and after going to Mike’s shop, we got on the road a few hours later and made it to our destination. I just wanted to say thank you 😊

  The clerks were really nice here. They didn't have the part I needed but they found it at a near by store and let us go ahead and buy it there before going to pick it up. It was convenient.

  I was disappointed with the customer service I received today. The older woman working behind the counter came across as dismissive and rude from the start. Before I could even finish explaining the part I needed, she interrupted me with a snarky, “Well, what vehicle?” Her tone was unnecessarily condescending. When I showed her the part I was trying to replace, she huffed, rolled her eyes, and said, “I know that’s a gasket,” in a way that felt belittling rather than helpful. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome, so I chose to leave and went next door, where I was able to get the part I needed without any issues. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below my expectations.

  I purchased a part after the Greer location assured me it could be returned. However, when I went back to make the return, they were unwilling to help. Thankfully, Cailun went above and beyond by taking the time to locate the original transaction and process my refund. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and initiative Cailun showed—it completely turned the experience around.
