  The staff has always been great. But…the quality of my one favorite food that goes on any sub I ever get is usually lacking what I and most people desire. A TOMATO..should not look old and wet especially when you’re paying good money to a COMPANY for that said tomato . The only thing I get from mentioning the tomatoes look bad is “Do u want them or not”..smh. Let’s do better as human beings..would u want to pay for old food at full price?…no

  The manager Berlette is very rude her employee made a sandwich and put salt on it. I asked for a new sandwich she tells her employee in the back I’m sick of her. Never addressed her employee or anything but instead she gets angry at me and says to find somewhere else to eat from. She then called my phone when I did the online complaint to speak to her boss and used profanity to me on the call. Please know if there is any issue with your sandwich here you will get talked about while you are still in here.

  The service by the manager here is very unfriendly and unprofessional. She makes rude comments and excuses herself by saying if you don't like the service go somewhere else when I addressed it. I made an online complaint and she actually handles those as well. I was finally able to contact the owner by social media and he never even contacted me via telephone which I requested but sent an email apologizing and saying it was resolved. Poor management with a very nonchalant attitude. I refuse to give them another opportunity to roll their eyes and be rude again with smirks and filthy attitudes!

  One of the best interactions I have ever had at Subway! Food was great and service was amazing. Two sweet ladies!!
