  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts, especially thanks to Monica. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Her customer service made the experience easy and enjoyable. It’s employees like Monica who make a difference and keep customers coming back.   I cannot say just how professional and courteous Audra and Felicia were in helping me diagnose the problem with my 2019 Ford Ranger. Turns out I am not the mechanic I thought I was.

  People acting like they don't understand what I'm looking for cause of my accent, I don't have that kind of BS in any auto parts. Very disappointed

  Advance auto part sells defective parts don’t like to refund money back or give something other then a part that didn’t work they said I could have one of the same part why would I want another part from them . They worker put the old part back in the box I know where that’s going back in the rework pile in some factory where their rush worker to get the parts out just sad sad!

  My mother had a foreign object wedged between the radiator and fan causing the car to run hot. Assistant manager Audra came outside and help locate as well as remove the foreign object. She went out of her way to ensure my mom everything would be ok. So if you need help I highly recommend stopping here.
