  Ordered online.. app said ready.. got to the store to pick up my subs and they haven’t even started making my order. What’s the point of ordering online

  I don’t recommend this subway. I ordered at 6pm (7-1-26) via the subway app. My order was confirmed at told me it would be ready by 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:28p and the order hadn’t even been started. I was finally called to the counter at 6:45p for my order that was placed at 6pm. While inside the store, I observed 3-4 other customers just walk in and placed their orders. Each of them received theirs before me. On top of that, my order had mistakes with them. How do you screw up when it is literally written down exactly how the order should be???? Do yourself a favor and go to another subway if you really want subway, don’t visit this one.
