  Customer service could be better. They did not acknowledge me when I came in, I sat for about 10 minutes before someone assisted me. They were not busy so it wasn’t an excuse.

  Went in with a complicated order. The staff was helpful, got the order completely right, and put it together quickly. I’ve always been resistant to going Wingstop because of previous experiences but this place gave me a much better impression. Seems like they’re trying to turn their reputation around and it shows. Will be going again.

  As of 4/29/2026 at 12:26 pm. I place and order to be picked up at 12:15-12:20 pm after work since they close at 1 in the morning. Once I get there at 12:19 they’re “closed”. Doors locked, nobody can be seen inside but lights and TV are still on. So now I need to wait till in the morning to call for a refund. It’s clearly listed, not only on their website, when you go to check out And on Google it says closing time is 1 AM, so why are we closing at 12?

  Came in today to place an order, food took about 20 minutes only for them to hand me the bag and all my tenders from my 5 piece meal were raw.
