  I have been trying to get a refund for an order a placed on accident for the past 3 days, I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. When I do they brush me off and are unhelpful. Very frustrating because I enjoy the place but I can’t understand this customer service.

  This Wingstop did not disappoint. I was out on a Wingstop mission last night (9/18/26) while visiting the area. When I rode past I was skeptical because I didn't see any cars. I looked at the reviews and was even more skeptical. I'm glad I stopped. My food was fresh and hot in the staff was pleasant.

  Dee was great and friendly at the counter. Food was hot and fresh. Ac could have been better. Very very warm

  Matthew you were completely professional, respectful and helpful however, your manager st you up to deal with upset customers knowing she closed early and didn't do any of our orders. Thank you for trying, it wasn't your fault.
