  Matthew you were completely professional, respectful and helpful however, your manager st you up to deal with upset customers knowing she closed early and didn't do any of our orders. Thank you for trying, it wasn't your fault.

  They made us order online even though we were in the store and could interact with the employees. Ordered online and didn’t have the option to change the chicken sandwich; asked to change it in person and still got pickles. Asked for extra ranch, didn’t get it.

  I’m a doordasher and I’ve never eaten at this location and I don’t even live on this side of Columbia…but honestly this one was trash… I waited 30 minutes for the customers order which said it was ready. It was around 12AM and they were not that busy so I expected it to be done. There were a few things people in the restaurant, some people outside of it hanging around outside of their cars…even some of the employees! Someone literally pulled up after about 20 minutes and confronted one of the employees about talking to his girl…I definitely thought there was going to be a fight. The worker that was confronted was obviously irritated afterwards …all while I’m still sitting waiting for the customers food…I wouldn’t go to this location especially at night unless you like drama and waisting time.
