We put in an order for pickup and it was ready by the time we got there 10 minutes later. By far the fastest wingstop we have ever been to!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience with Wingstop today was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I placed an order through the Wingstop website a little before 12:30 PM for delivery to my home. I paid using Apple Pay and immediately received an email saying my food would arrive around 1:00 PM. By 1:30 PM, I still had not received my order, so I called the store to find out what was going on.
The employee informed me that the DoorDash driver had returned to the store with my food because supposedly “I said my card was stolen” and that I “didn’t place the order.” That makes absolutely no sense considering I personally placed and paid for the order myself. My guess is the driver either went to the wrong address or failed to verify the correct name and address before leaving.
I was then told by Wingstop to contact DoorDash for a refund. When I called DoorDash, they explained they could not help me because I did not place the order through the DoorDash app — I placed it directly through the Wingstop website.
After calling Wingstop again, I was basically told that if I wanted my food, I would need to come pick it up myself. That completely defeated the purpose of paying for delivery in the first place. I had to load all four of my children into the car and drive to the store myself, which was a huge inconvenience.
When I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager. I was handed my food, but when I asked about getting refunded for the delivery fee and the tip I left for the driver, nobody had any answers. The manager said she contacted someone above her and that I would receive a call back within a few minutes.
It has now been hours, and I still have not received a call, or a refund for the delivery charges and tip. Honestly, after all the inconvenience, lack of communication, and poor customer service, I believe I should have received a full refund along with the food.
Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled showed very little care or concern for the customer’s time and inconvenience. Extremely disappointed.

Food is great and comes out quick. They let us know and accurate wait time even if it is longer than I prefer.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop.
Back in March, I placed an order and specifically requested my wings to be extra well done. Instead, they were barely cooked. When I called to report the issue, the manager at the time apologized and advised me that my name would be placed in their book so I could receive a credit on a future order.
Fast forward to now—I called to use that credit, following exactly what I was instructed to do, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The current manager was dismissive and interrogated me with a series of questions about the order number, exact time, whether I had photos, and who I spoke with. While I understand verifying information, the tone and approach were unprofessional and made me feel like I was being accused rather than helped.
I was then told I would receive a callback, which never happened.
As a customer, I should not have to navigate your internal processes or prove my experience after already being told how the issue would be resolved. This situation could have been handled easily by honoring what was previously promised.
Customer service matters—and right now, this location is failing at it. I hope management takes this seriously and works on treating customers with respect and accountability.
Take your business elsewhere like next-door to Publix at least they treat you with respect and thank you for your business. I will never order from this Wingstop again.
