  I’ve ordered this place many times. The food is good but they frequently get the order wrong. I’ve ordered 8pc before and only got 6. Paid extra for well done and didn’t get it. I ordered recently from DoorDash. Restaurants are supposed to check the name when giving drivers food. Someone random took my order and they never checked. Then they told me nothing could be done. I ended up getting a refund from DoorDash but I’m over this place. It is too inconsistent.

  I visited this location last year and it was a disaster. I decided to give it another try since my last visit was a year ago. When I entered I wasn't greeted, which should have been a warning sign. I proceeded to the cash register to order. There was an employee in the lobby on his phone, a young lady mopping the floor behind the counter, and a manager on the fryer. Both were aware I had been waiting for my order to be taken. But no one acknowledged I needed to order. The employee who was mopping the floor told the manager that I needed my order taken. The manager looked at me, turn around and went back to the fryer . After that I made a decision that I would not spend a dime there. I do not know how this place stay in business. It's evident that the people hired DO NOT value customers. And whoever is the owner doesn't either. I'm sure they read all of these reviews, but NOTHING is being done.
