  Shipping prices are not competitive. Employees are loathe to acknowledge customers My experience yesterday: Two (2) employees were present; the first involved in a very long transaction; the other packing several boxes. I personally stood at the counter, clearly with nothing more than an Amazon item, with QR code, to return…no more than a “hand-off” transaction) and had to wait for the “packer” to finish ALL his boxes before he finally acknowledged me and did the 60 second return. It took a total of about 15 min to get a <1-min transaction done, with only one other customer present. No “hello”. No “Sorry you had to wait”, no more than a “hand me the package” motion with his hand. All I did get was a “Have a nice day” on the way out with my receipt. Very frustrating!! Lackluster service…

  Tatianna was so helpful today! She remained calm and friendly even though I was frustrated and upset about my papers not printing .. turns out I had the wrong email and she was able to figure out why it never went through .. she could’ve matched my energy but instead she remained professional the entire time ..
