  Rude customer service. Not friendly. Looked at my envelope. Asked what was in it. Told him 5 tiny crochet items. He said $41.00. I said "oh no". He told me to take it to the post office. $41.00 for a envelope package. I took it to the post office who changed $8.30.

  I stopped going to this store because of 1 individual in particular, who always seemed grumpy and wanting to "stick it to me". Amazon gave me no other choice for a return, so I had to visit. Guess who showed up......I was charged $40 for $2 worth of shrink wrap that was quoted at a very reasonable rate by the first staffer I engaged. I dont use USPS because they are better, its because they are nicer. Repeat business from a local is worth so much more than a quick buck. PS - the owner of this location, Ricky, is actually very nice.

  I visited this location today to return internet equipment and to pick up a package. The staff was polite and approachable. The store was organized and clean.

  Great service was provided at the store. The customer representative help me with a package that I was dropping off. I am from another state. It was a return and he was able to re-print a label seal the package again and then placed the postage on the package. This was a big help to me for this was the first time I was returning a package to this vendor. I just want to say thank you to that young gentleman who assisted me. This is a go to store. Thanks!
