  Had a package shipped for my grandson's birthday. I shipped it on the 1st. It was posed to get there on the 3rd. That's of July. It was guaranteed it did not get there until the following Tuesday 4 days late. I've been trying for over since the 26th of August to get the refund which I was told I would get I even got a claim number but even with the claim number it was hard to get the refund. Once I finally got the refund on the 27th I was only awarded $43.20 out of $53.84. I was told they take 20%. There is nohere which I looked on UPS's guarantee page that says they take 20%. A guaranteed money back does not mean that they take a percentage from you. I would never use this UPS again . And I will be calling corporate.

  I live in Lexington and drive past a UPS store there to get to this store, because everyone here at The Bush River Road UPS Store are so courteous and helpful!

  Paid $120, to have 3 amps with rack mounts packed, I was very admit that they were fragile and needed to be packed with care. Was told they could do it and left trusting they would do a good job. This is how they decided to pack very fragile items. Fronts are all bent up, mounts bent, and two now do not work. If you do decide to have this place package your items watch them like a hawk!
