  This location is the most unprofessional and unimpressive location in Columbia. I ordered two foot long subs with extra cheese ($2 extra) and this is what I received. Barely any tuna, vegetables or dressing like I requested. When I called the store and told the manager HOPE that I was dissatisfied with the order, she started to yell over me because I said the sandwiches were DRY. I’ll be reaching out to Subway Corporate about Ms. Hope but I suggest you NOT order at this location. Edit: this morning I revived a call from the stores manager named Jin. She profusely apologized for the encounter I had with Hope yesterday and took full accountability. She was also willing to make things right when I visit the store next time. This phone call turned a bad experience around completely and I’m very eager to meet Ms. Jin and thank her for her professionalism.

  Exceptionally clean salad bar and equipment. Friendly staff. Daily specials. Well made sandwiches.
