  I was welcomed by both staff members , one helped me with my rewards as I didn’t understand. I was able to redeem my rewards and that made me happy.

  I am not here to speak on the poor customer service. Please review the other reviews addressing that issue. I paid for an order I was picking up for someone, and the employee failed to return my change without asking if it was okay for them to keep it. When I requested my change, I was met with an attitude. They said something about a change shortage, “You want me to short my drawer?” and “Talk to Trump,” which was an unprofessional and inappropriate way to speak to a customer, let alone handle that situation. The store has NO SIGNAGE indicating no pennies or a lack of change in a cash exchange, which is standard at this point since other establishments are dealing with the exact same issue. You do not just assume that a customer does not want their change back. You indicate the inability or lack of change before handling the transaction, so the customer has the option to use an alternative payment method if they choose to do so. This is theft. Even in the case of a lack of pennies.

  My experience was very good. Everybody was nice to atmosphere was good. The food was good and the service was good.Mrs Ava was real nice and respectful and generous.

  Was on my lunch break and decided subway would be perfect meal just to be meet with avas incredibly nasty attitude she was just blatantly rude and seemed like she hated everything about having to do her job and when my sister told her her customer service was horrible she proceeded to yell an clock out to fight her we had to call the cop because she continuously threatened to assault her and then proceeded to follow us back to our jobs AFTER THE COPS WERE INVOLVED I’ve never been so shocked she definitely needs to lose her job after reading these comments and every other review is talking about her horrendous attitude is and poor customer service was and to top it all off the food was nasty and made poorly

  On Sunday at 1:24pm I had to call the police on Ava Thompson for trying to fight me outside because I told her that her customer service was horrible. I’ve only been to this location twice and each time she was unprofessional and rude. There are hundreds of reviews stating the same thing. She clocked out, threatened to follow me back to my job, and assault me. She proceeded to call me a pig, record me, & actually followed me to my job the same day. She drove behind me and had to get AP at my job once I got back. I had to file a police report on her. She truly needs to be fired and I will be contacting corporate until she is.
