  To start, there was a guy in the dining room that was asking everybody to give him money right there at the door inside the restaurant. The bell peppers were soggy and discolored. I had a coupon for 3 footlongs for $18. I got three all within the parameters printed on the coupon. When I got to the register, they would not honor the coupon and the workers offered no apology or help. They said the owner had limited the offer to only certain subs that were not printed on the coupon. I don’t know how a chain franchisee can change offer rules that are created at the corporate level.

  The place was clean and inviting. The food was good. The service was nice and friendly.
