  I had an excellent experience with this location from start to finish. They were professional and committed to providing top-notch service. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with genuine customer care, but they managed to do both effortlessly. I highly recommend this Fed Ex location to anyone in need of reliable shipping services.

  Brittney's and Eriana's customer service was top tier! From the bubbly phone voice, to the in person experience, I was able to handle my business efficiently and with a smile. They made me feel welcome and were patient with me as I forgot to sign an important document that had to be sent to the IRS.

  Everyone else who works here may be as kind as can be. Brittany, however, was very rude. I came in and wasn’t spoken to at all. Had to ask if I could get help and she laughed at me for how I packaged my item. Unfortunately I’m not a professional at mailing things…if that’s even a thing?! I’ve never had a bad experience at any other fed ex. She was just very rude and may need to be taught a few things about customer service.
