  This place is absolutely amazing. Had real problems at a UPS store trying to assist an elderly persons Direct TV equipment back after she received new equipment. The SUPA store employee could not figure out how to ship it with zero cost to customer. I visited DmFed Ex store in Columbia SC. The lady helping me had the entire process completed in approximately 6 minutes. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP FED EX!!!!? I Am extremely grateful to the lady at Fed Ex.

  Rachel was AWESOME! Very patient and efficient in helping me with what I needed. I came from one of the Two Notch locations before heading over to this location… Let’s just say HUGE DIFFERENCE in customer service! Thank you Ms. Rachel!

  I went there to print something real quick. The computer was so slow that I sat there doing nothing while it charged me. And the color printer doesn’t work properly. There were some horizontal ink lines.
