  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. I had my package sent here using FedEx Hold at Location for pickup. When I arrived, I presented my valid driver’s license, and the name and address on my ID matched the name and address on the package exactly. Instead of simply verifying my identity, the associate insisted that I provide the tracking number before she would even look for the package. Most customers don’t memorize their tracking numbers, especially when FedEx’s own pickup requirements state that a valid government-issued ID is required. My ID fully met those requirements. What made the experience even worse was the associate’s rude and dismissive attitude. Rather than trying to help, she made me feel like I was being treated differently despite having proper identification. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. If FedEx has additional pickup requirements beyond matching government-issued identification, they should be clearly communicated to customers beforehand. I hope management provides better customer service training so future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

  This place is absolutely amazing. Had real problems at a UPS store trying to assist an elderly persons Direct TV equipment back after she received new equipment. The SUPA store employee could not figure out how to ship it with zero cost to customer. I visited DmFed Ex store in Columbia SC. The lady helping me had the entire process completed in approximately 6 minutes. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP FED EX!!!!? I Am extremely grateful to the lady at Fed Ex.
