  This shipping office can’t seem to deliver packages to the final destination. They don’t track packages. They just get lost — has happened many times — never to be seen again. The only remedy is to contact the seller and complain, which isn’t really fair to them. Then, dispute the charge with the credit card company for shipment never received. FedEx takes shipping money and doesn’t actually do the job. Customer service does not actually exist. My package is now “out for delivery” for the sixth time. SMART SHIP IS A JOKE. SELLERS NEED TO STOP USING IT. And today, out for delivery and canceled at 1:15 pm. Really? This is the sixth out for delivery not made. Six. Good news! My package finally arrived the NINTH TIME it was out for delivery. The box took a beating. See photo. Luckily, product seems to have survived.

  Drove about 10 miles and arrived about 1:20. Hand written sign on door that would be back at 2:20. I was livid with an hour to kill. No mention of "lunch" on web site nor on hours of operation posted on store front. Very poor management and dependability. All the agent said was "I'm sorry". I would post zero stars if it would let me.

  Why is this location always closed at random times with nobody to assist? How is this even remotely acceptable?

  It is inside Walmart and sign on building shows left side of store but the office is all the way on the right
