  Extremely rude people working there. They open at 10 am and the girl refused to unlock the door the other morning. There were customers outside besides myself waiting to get in. It was after 10 am and she was still sitting there doing nothing. I banged on the door and she said I'm busy! I said you open at 10 and she caught a attitude after 10 more minutes of waiting, she finally opened the door. It was almost 11 am before she opened the store

  I went in to figure out what was going on with my billing and the associate Ms.Fatima had no clue about the services and how they work and or applied. She directed me to call cricket and I explained I spent my entire break on hold which was pass the supposed wait time. That lady does not even know how to talk to people. What’s the point of having a person In store that less helpful than the phones animated system. Now she delivered a service that was far way different than the wonderful guy who talked me away from metro and into cricket. I was hoping for that same great level of experience but I was mistaken.

  HILDA IS AWESOME!!! honestly I was dreading coming here but it was super clean and organized and Hilda helped me out with everything, definitely come to this Cricket store! will be back soon.
