The Sales Representative, Andrew was awesome, courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and eager to assist me with activating my new service. Andrew made me felt at easy and ensured my that my issue with my new service would be resolved and he did exactly that. Thank you Andrew for providing great customer service.

  Mrs.Hilda is absolutely one of the best! She was very helpful with helping us connect our phones with Cricket. We wanted to keep our same numbers from another carrier and she helped us all the way through with it. She is very patient and gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced! My mom was also very satisfied with how easy Mrs.Hilda made the whole process. She was very great at communicating with us and made us feel very comfortable. She also makes it very easy for non-english speakers to get a full understanding of the services Cricket provides. Will definitely be recommending to other people.

  I was there and Hilda was such a blessing from start to finish! She was so very helpful and amazing at her job. She literally answered every question and concerns I had.
