  I typically have a great experience at this location but lately floor associate Michelle is the reason I haven’t been spending money at this location. She has an unfriendly demeanor , very rude and short and unhelpful. The last time I shopped at this location I felt as if she kept following me around the store. I was talking on the phone casually and going from rack to rack looking for a specific item , I noticed every time I turned around she was near by, it didn’t bother me until I asked her for assistance and she was very rude , she wouldn’t even turn around to speak with me face to face she remained with her back turned to me and “ stocking” and when I asked her about a item she coldly and loudly responded “ whatever we have is on the floor we don’t have nothing in the back” then walked off before I could respond. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer who shops at the location every 2weeks. This was by far my favorite location and I even really enjoy the store manager but Michelle has been ruining my experience lately. She needs to be retrained on proper customer service.
