  I needed to warranty out a defective caliper along with a rotor and pads. There was an issue that myself nor Krystal H. we're prepared for. Let me tell you, Krystal H. took the necessary time needed to figure out the issue. She was very kind and patient. I really appreciate her customer service.

  I came here this morning for windshield wipers and left due to how the staff were acting. They were having a conversation with a customer about a return. The woman behind the counter accused the man of yelling at her (when he wasn’t) and proceeded to escalate the situation and yell. It made myself and another customer visibly uncomfortable to the point that we both took a step back. She was very unprofessional and while I didn’t hear everything that was going on I do know that the man she was speaking with was not doing the things she was accusing him of.

  I was helped by Don this afternoon when my car battery was having issues. He helped me find the right replacement battery & installed it with ease! Don was efficient with his work, patient with me & my car, and kind throughout the entire process. It made a stressful situation a total non-issue.
