  My dad went in to take an alternator back that was still under warranty for replacement. My dad is disabled and happened to be having an off day. He has a traumatic brain injury and can get his words mixed up. The lady assisting him was extremely impatient, unhelpful, and outright rude. My dad got so embarrassed he just walked out and left the part. My mother (whom has hearing difficulties) called the store back to clear up the situation and was told she didn't need to yell that "he" could hear just fine. I am appalled by the way my parents were treated! Staff apparently need training on how to be decent people. My family and I along with anyone else I can tell will not be returning to this location.

  I gave a five star review because of an excellent customer service experience. I went in to get an Engine Air filter and Cabin filter. I believe the associates name was Tom. He was very kind and helpful with a welcoming smile. The store was clean and very well organized. As a matter of fact all the employees were helpful and pleasant to other customers. They didn't act like they hated being at their job. I felt better leaving than when I came in because of how I was treated, and that was with kindness and respect.
