  The young guy working today did a great job ! A lot of help putting on my windshield wiper blades at lunch. Fast easy in and out.

  Thanks to the young man working Sunday the 28th. I tried to get my bad alternator replaced since I just purchased it a month ago down at the Garners Ferry location only to be told by some dumb chick that she couldn't test it. Duh, it was obvious that it was locked up. Came here and had NO PROBLEM!!! Thanks again for knowing your car parts and your job.

  I was at this store on May, 29th. I was not greeted when I walked in but I immediately heard an employee, Marie, loudly talking and cussing with another employee. They were discussing another employee who does not do their job well. Marie proceeded to get on the phone still loudly talking and cussing about things non work related, but it seemed not to bother any of her peers because it was not corrected. When I checked out she did not speak until I spoke and even then her attitude was nasty. I would expect management to have a close eye on behavior like this as it does not make the customer experience seamless and enjoyable. I left the store feeling annoyed and in no way expecting to return. I hope she gets the training that she needs to be a better employee who is working at the front of the store.

  Advance Parts Store is the best on Devine. Alday is especially knowledgeable and helpful. She knows every part in that store and how to assemble if allowed. 5 Stars. Jean Peeler
