  I spent seventeen dollars on getting my passport photo taken and printed, and when I got to the office to get my passport they said that the photo was unusable and I had to get another one. I think that it should be well known how to correctly take a passport photo if you offer that service.

  The staff at this place is amazing, helpful and courteous. They are pros in boxing and packaging, helped pick the right size and packed it in a way I would not have :)

  The UPS Store in Lake Wylie truly provides the best service! Every time I visit, the team is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make things easy, whether I’m shipping a package, handling a return, or grabbing mail. It’s rare to find a business where you can count on receiving excellent service every single time, but this team delivers. They are patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to help. I genuinely appreciate the level of care they provide and highly recommend them to anyone in the Lake Wylie area!
