  I arrived at 6:50 (store closes at 7:00) and the employees had already closed both registers and wouldn’t reopen one for me to make a shipment. If a business advertises their hours, the expectation is that they will provide their services during those published hours, even if it’s shortly before closing.

  The store is in a very accessible area with convenient parking. The staff is wonderful especially when I bring in duct taped boxes where the duct tape will not stick. They took care of it for me. Kudos to them. If I could rate higher than 5, I would!

  My son and I went to this location to ship his desktop computer to his new home in Seattle. We asked the sales associate to please package it for us so that it would arrive safely. The young man assured us that he would take care of packing it carefully for us. We purchased the "insurance" to make sure that if damaged, we would be compensated. Sadly, the computer and monitors arrived damaged. We called the store manager right away. Emma was nice but was unable to offer us any help. We asked to speak with the owner and never got a return call from him. When we contacted the corporate office, they informed us that bc the employee did not box up the computer in one of their boxes, they were not responsible for damage. So therefore, we were out $3000 for a damaged computer not to mention shipping and insurance fees. Very disappointed in lack of customer service, but mostly disappointed in the owner of this location for not getting involved at all. Very unfortunate
