  Nice store. We like the new location. My apologizes again to the two young ladies with whom I expressed frustration today while assisting a neighbor with an Amazon return. The issue was no fault of their own.

  I appreciate the customer service I received today from the young man named Grant. I was really struggling with sending the email to print a label and he went above and beyond helping me. Thank you so much for your patience🙏

  I’ve been using this store location (and their previous location) for years and I’ve always had great service. I’ve never experienced poor customer service even when I had an issue with a package. I will go out of my way just to use this location if I’m traveling in the opposite direction.

  I use UPS all the time...easy to get into and out of...fast service, nice people! So glad we have them in Clemson!!
