Placed a delivery order at 6 it was supposed to be delivered at 6:39 and wasn’t delivered until 7:22. Subway refused to refund our money so therefore my child’s pizza was cold. The claimed it was door dash’s fault because once you order through the SUBWAY app not the DoorDash app the SUBWAY app sends your order to DoorDash. Subway doesn’t even show up on the DoorDash app and to check your order status you have to go back on to the SUBWAY app.

Highly not recommended. I visited this location to get two subs. First red flag was the lack of bread and chips. There’s only a couple options now that they’ve changed ownership. Secondly, I repeated my order multiple times and had the person repeat the order but yet my sandwiches are both wrong. His attitude was terrible also and he talked over me. My turkey sub is missing the sauces and my cold cut sub is dry. Both breads are dry and crumbly. They even gave me a super tiny cheap plastic cup with a fast food lid for my bottled water. I’m so upset and want a refund. I filed a complaint with customer care. I’ll continue going to the one in Chesterfield.

The vegetables and meat and bread was fresh, the workers were alright but need improvement. They were slightly joking about different customers and that is a no no when dealing with the public..
