  So unfortunately I have to address the poor customer service in store involving one of the employees. To refrain from causing stress on the store I will not drop the individuals name in this review. But as of now it doesn’t take much to see that even when blatant disrespect and discrimination has been shown this employee is still working and was only given a write up….. this individual discriminated against a disabled blind man that was only asking for help. This employee stated to this customer “There is only one spot.” If you did not understand before he is disabled. He is blind, she refused to help him at all. And as for the manager that believe it was funny about her comment “there are no boys here, we hire men.” That she stated towards the customer who did not mean any disrespect, You are equally to blame for condoning such disrespectful behavior in your establishment. And to the GM that i spoke with over the phone that agreed that this individual no longer needed to be employed because she in fact crossed a line into discrimination, what do you have to say? She is still employed and now the serious matter has turned into a laughing matter and shows that you approve of your employees that you can treat a customer disabled or not how ever you want including unprofessionally. Now that i have addressed this publicly as a review, I also want to notify future customers, this employee is still working there and they have had multiple complaints brought to them about this employee, when speaking with others about the matter with my father i heard similar experiences be told to me from other customers. So I believe I will continue to the next step not only to shed light on such a distasteful employee but to also shed light on this isn’t this employees first offense and it shows now how easily the manger and the general manager do not care about the reputation of their store.

  Walked in, got what I needed and was offered help. Since I've been in the industry 30ish years, I usually pretty well know what I need when I go into a parts store.
