  I had the best experience with these guys today. I drove from Northwest of Columbia to MUSC Charleston for an appointment this morning. I had my 78 yr old wheelchair bound mother and her 80 yr old sister with me. We needed to get a couple papers notarized and were already running late. Phil came out to the car to notarize everything with my mom. We didn't have to get her out which saved us probably 15 - 20 minutes. Thank you Phil - You are a much appreciated trooper!!!

  I had a lot of Amazon returns. One of them required me to print the label, but my printer is out of ink. No problem, Emily asked me to email it to the store and she printed it for me. I had another return that had two (2) boxes but Amazon only provided one (1) return label. Emily explained that if I couldn’t put it all in one box (which was absolutely not an option with something that big) they could strap the items together (for a fee). She was helpful and friendly.

  Philip and Danielle are awesome! After a long day I stopped by the UPS store to return a bunch of boxes just two minutes before closing, and they could not have been nicer about it. Even though I ended up taking a few extra minutes past closing to get everything sorted, they stayed friendly, patient, and supportive the entire time and took great care of all my needs. It’s so refreshing to know people like this are still out there!

  Danielle was amazing and provided excellent customer service. The visit was quick and simple allowing me to get what I needed taken care of successfully.

  I came in to mail a package. The girl who helped me was kind, informative, and thorough. She was quick to complete all the needed tasks and smiled the whole time doing it!
