  This store is so efficient. Danielle was amazing! She called and made sure I had my tracking number as I left my clothes in a hotel there while vacationing and she was so thorough and put my mind at ease. I would give this store a 10 if I could!

  I had a voluminous amount of paper that I needed to convert to an electronic file, and went tentatively into the UPS store on Savannah Hwy, West Ashley for assistance. As a septuagenerian, I knew this would be a challenge for me. However, I was connected to U.P.S. employee Danielle who patiently helped make this paper conversion to an electronic file happen. Some of the pages were very ruffled, but that didn't faze Danielle, as she was pleasant throughout the entire process. U.P.S. has assembled a great team at this office, as I saw the other employees give good assistance to customers while being courteous during my 20-minute visit to this store. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

  Every time I go to this store on Savannah Highway the wait time is Very short and the workers are so very friendly with smiles on their faces.

  Good people doing good work, goodly. In more than 10 years, never a glitch (& that's a lot more, or less than UPS can say about me). A big plus for this end of Charleston SC. Regards for all the patient help over the years and the dependable git'm done spirit of customer service.
