  I was in an accident 9/17/2026. It was determined I did not contribute to the accident. The important thing for you to know is that after 10 days it did not appear Progressive was doing anything to resolve my claim. At wife’s suggestion I contacted Nancy at your agency. Nancy immediately took interest in my claim and advised me to file a claim. She then helped me file a claim and sent the information to the claims office that has been moving forward, been in touch and thinks they will have info Monday or Tuesday. My advice to all of your customers and all of Allstate's customers at large is to, regardless of the claim, ***immediately*** file a claim with Allstate to expedite your claim. If you did not contribute to the accident it will not go against your claim. This way you are dealing with someone who actually cares about you. After 12 days I have not heard ***ANYTHING*** from Progressive! I certainly CANNOT recommend Progressive and cannot do ANYTHING BUT recommend Allstate as an insurance agency! Kudos to Kevin Shealy for hiring excellent people!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kevin Shealy and his team were amazing to work with after my wife’s accident. They were caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, making a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The claims process was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available to answer our questions. They also made adding our new car to the policy quick and easy. Highly recommend Kevin and his team if you’re looking for great service and people who genuinely care about their customers!

  I pay top dollar for insurance and my claim has been mishandled from day one. After contacting Theo, his advice and instructions were direct and concise and I can follow simple directions. The app for claims is not my friend. I've had 3 adjusters contact me. From now on, I deal with Kevin or Theo. Kevin always steps up to the plate for his office team.
