My experience at this location was beyond amazing. Karen and Diana were extremely helpful! I will definitely be referring friends and family to get service with cricket.

This place is staffed by lazy people who will flat out lie to your face to avoid working or upsale things to you that you dont need. If you have elderly parents or grandparents dont let them go into this store. They will be taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor, buy your phones online, pay online. Pay your parents bills for them online. Do not give this store business. The management must encourage this behavior because between two locations and numerous employees the same nonsense has gone on for years.
