  Had a really amazing experience with the team there, Joseph and Jennifer. They were very nice, and even though they weren't able to assist me with the warranty due to the fact I purchased at Firestone, they did everything they could to help and get me to where I needed to go, to repair the issues with my car. If you ever need anything for your vehicle, visit this location, very good people, and helpful no matter what the concern is, or whether you need to go somewhere else. Great people here, thank you!! Joseph, you rock my man, exceptional!

  Duane (general manager) was amazing!!!! So thankful for his hard work and quick problem solving. Got me in and out with a new battery super quickly.

  Just stopped in store on San Ritt and the gentleman working was a huge help with wipers. Sadly I didn’t get his name, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond!

  Went in for a check engine light scan and was greeted with an employee who seemed bothered by my request. We went out to my car and he just said “key” and held out his hand.. did the scan, and started walking back to the shop without a word. He printed the papers out for me and just slid them over.. again in silence. I had to ask if he could explain the code as I’m not familiar with them. Again he seemed annoyed? He had an ear piece in so maybe he was just on the phone but even then it was just all very cold and unfriendly.
