Knowledgeable personnel and friendly. If ylthey don't have what you need at their store they will make sure to get it from another store or order it.

Woke up with a dead battery this morning. I jump-started my car and made it to Advance Auto, where I met Mike. Mike truly saved me today. After removing all the corrosion buildup, he told me that I didn’t actually need a new battery. My car started right back up, and I was so relieved…especially because I’m going through so much financially right now. I gave him a big hug and thanked him for his honesty, professionalism, and kindness. I am beyond grateful. ❤️ And the first thing I did this morning was get down on my knees and pray for help. Then look what happened. 🙏 Jesus never lets you down. He always shows up right when you need Him. ✝️❤️

Went in to have my battery checked. Sharon inspected the whole engine and identified a serious coolant leak. She and Jackie did an amazing job installing my new battery and ensured I could safely get to the shop to get the leak addressed. They were thorough, efficient, and educational. I love that this store is woman-run and prioritizes knowledge and safety over sales. Grateful to have Sharon and her staff in the neighborhood!
