    William is a wonderful GM. He was able to install my new battery swiftly and efficiently. I am very 9leased with the work he does. I he is very friendly and knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. Definitely will be back again for future car parts

    I want to give a huge thank you to William at Advance Auto Parts for his outstanding customer service. I had already been to several Advance Auto Parts stores around town, and no one was able to help me with my issue. I was getting frustrated and almost gave up. When I came to this location, William took the time to listen, figure out the problem, and went above and beyond by helping install the part in my car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize the young lady working with him. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and had a great attitude. The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Because of William and his team, my problem was solved, and I left very happy. This is the only Advance Auto Parts store that was able to help me, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Employees like William and his staff are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you all so much!

    I just want to say shoutout to William he is the general manger he does his job and he actually helps you this man help me with my battery issue and helped me get back on the road I appreciated him I even offer to tip him but he refuse but thank youuuuuuuuu

    William is the man! So knowledgeable and friendly it’s amazing. Most of the auto part suppliers carry basically the same products, but none of them have William! Go here and let him take care of you. Highly recommended!

    Came in at 8:53pm before closing and staff was unwilling to assist as they’d already closed down their registers. If that’s the case, change your hours and don’t advertise you’re open until 9
