  The staff at the Chapin UPS store are fantastic! They have helped me with both shipping and printing projects and the service is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They make the process easy and are consistently helpful whenever I need assistance. Highly recommend!

  I needed to print almost 100 large scale blueprints. The staff at the Chapin location were extremely helpful and worked diligently to make sure the pages were printed as quickly as possible (3-4 hours of continuous printing). These guys are hardworking and know their stuff when it comes to printing, packaging, and shipping!

  Guys in the store not interested in helping. More interested in gabbing with each other. Came in with returns and didn't know whether I was getting information from the employee or if he was still talking with the other guy. One return was evidently supposed to be taken to Staples but rather than say, "oh, you are already here, see if you can cancel the return and use us" he just went back to his conversation. Not helpful. Not great customer service but that really hasn't changed at this location...

  This is a great crew at this location. Fast, efficient, and well-mannered. I typically go around 4:00 on weekdays. Never a wait, and they scan my return QR code and take my package all within about 1 minute. I had something really heavy yesterday and Mario came around the counter and helped me with it. Very appreciative of the people who work there!
