I have experienced issues with my orders three or four times at this Subway. This time I placed my order on the app and when I got to the store to pick it up it had been cancelled. I was told that I had to place the order again and it took the money out of my account twice. I will not be coming back to this Subway again.

Subway system did not change so I showed proof that I paid for my food online. It was ready to be picked up at 10:25. The manager was called over an employee's personal phone to ask her what was going on and the manager screamed at me over the phone. She made me wait until the receipt printed over an hour like I was lying. I want a refund . I did not get my two 6-in stubs until after 11:20
