  Unfortunately, my experience at The UPS Store in Camden was extremely disappointing. The employees were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. As a small business owner myself, I understand that every day isn’t perfect and dealing with the public can sometimes be challenging. However, there is never an excuse to make customers feel like they are a bother simply for coming into your business and asking for assistance. The way you speak to people matters. The way you make your customers feel matters. A little kindness, patience, and professionalism can go a long way. I left feeling completely unwelcome and disappointed with how I was treated. Hopefully, management takes customer service concerns seriously and works to create a more welcoming and professional environment.

  I just had the most amazing experience at the UPS Store here in Camden, SC! 🙌🏽✨ I walked in needing help with my business cards for Premier Cleaning Solution LLC and I was immediately greeted by the most wonderful team! A special shoutout to Heather, the store manager — she was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and so professional. If you are in Camden and need printing or shipping services, THIS is the place to go!   Heather was the nicest person. She notarized papers for us 2 days in a row. Isaiah was great too but not as good as Heather! Love her!
