After a horrific end to our vacation, finding our beloved cat missing, I ran to our UPS store with a photo and a request. Not only did the kind people help me, they let me put my poster up, wished me well, and printed my needs better than I could have asked. I think people underestimate the humanity in small acts like this.... not just doing their job.... but doing GOOD. This is a store UPS should be proud of! I'm so grateful.... AND I got Shadow back so fast because of my well made LOST posters... thank you all so much from me and the kids!

This was my first time going to this UPS store and the staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about their services! I needed some things printed and was worried how I was going to complete my projects. Another kind UPS employee referred me to Heather and she was absolutely amazing! I needed several items printed in a short amount of time, and she executed everything flawlessly. She took my vision and turned it into a reality, paying attention to every detail and delivering high-quality work that exceeded my expectations. Not only was she professional and efficient, but she also made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Staff was wonderfully helpful and kind. The computer froze but they were quick to resolve the issue and kind to finish my shipping. Place was clean and ran smoothly and I felt like a valued customer. They definitely made it a pleasant shipping experience.

My order was not done in a timely manner and this is not the first time this has happened to me. The employee was very rude to me. It is my fault. I did not have the receipt but after six weeks I lost it so therefore they got my money and I got nothing when I asked her to come fix something that she had done. She told me she didn’t have time and there were people in front of me. These people entered the store after I did if I ask, I asked her if she could have it ready this afternoon. She told me no she closed it too. I asked if it could be ready tomorrow she said maybe. I am looking for somewhere else to go
