  They refuse to cancel and online order directly after placing it. Saying I have to dispute the charge with my bank instead of them just refunding it. Shady business practice.

  Yes, I am very upset with the subway in Gresham South Carolina. If you will look at the time, it is 950 your store says you are open until 10. They would not open the door. The door was locked. The staff that was here. Tonight was very rude and sarcastic through the door. I got a picture of them to show corporate that they are closing your establishment before your hours. It says also on your website that it is Until 10 it is not 10 o’clock if you can’t get employees to stay open and serve the public need to close it down but the lady that was there the young girl and the boy that was there tonight. I hope you go back and review your cameras on how they treat people I called her before I left my house and asked what time are you open open till she said 10 I said OK that gives me 20 minutes to get there. I got there she had already closed the door and would not serve the public so not only did you lose me as a customer and money you lost, but there was two other people coming in as well. She didn’t wanna be there. She didn’t wanna work and then she made the little gentleman be her puppet and tell me we are closed when you shouldn’t have been closed because it was not 10 o’clock.

  Laquita and Jamurion were GREAT! Fast and friendly service. While in there another customer returned just to leave a tip and complimented them again.

  Tried to call the store to see if they were open and they wouldn't answer the phone. We get takeout from this location often and the food is usually really good.
