  Barely any meat on my sub. Won’t be back. The one in Inman was closed or I would have never been here. Back to JMs for my subs. May cost but at least you get something besides bread.

  They don't take coupons and short you on quantity. CHEAP OWNER.

  The employees are very pleasant, cheerful & work so well together. They get their customers taken care of promptly and always seem to remember what specific meal I get EVERY TIME I go there. I love my sandwich artists at this Subway. They make lunch so pleasant.

  Ordered a foot long steak philly. Got home and found out they didn't put any meat on the sandwich.

  I came to this Subway today with a group of 13 people and had one of the most horrible food service experiences I've ever seen. First of all, we put in our order the day before as a courtesy to workers. The employee on the phone was very specifically told we would be there at 11 AM to pick up the sandwiches. This was obviously pointless to do, because they didn't have the food prepared until 11:30 (While this was annoying and unprofessional, that's not the main reason for my low review). So naturally, all we could do was sit in the restaurant and talk amongst ourselves. This was the time when my friends and I were left speechless: as we were talking, one of the employees had the NERVE to ring a bell at us and practically screamed at us telling us to be quiet. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully as a paying customer. He obviously had a bad attitude from the start, and was angry at us just for coming in with so many people. I myself have been in food service for a few years, so I understand the stress that comes along with big orders, but nothing gives ANY paid employee the right to treat paying customers in such a rude, condescending manner. It was a just an all-around terrible experience. I hope management will decide to address this issue among their employees because there is CLEARLY a need for more training in dealing with the public.
