  Paid $25 for 2 ft long subs, I ordered lettuce, olives, banana peppers, onions, cheese, mayo, their vinaigrette and vinegar. All I received was meet banana peppers olives and mayonnaise. The other sub got meat and olives and they ordered lettuce, spinach, olives, Chipotle sauce, cheese, and mayonnaise and honey mustard. How hard is it to make a sub??? We've been here 4 times and never had an issue. We won't be back. Tried to call the store the phone didn't even ring went straight to a message that said no mailbox was set up. How convenient. Had to go online and talk with a chat bot and now I have to wait for an email and a call back. DO BETTER!!!

  This was my last try. They had two chances and still got the order wrong. This has been a common thing each time at this location.

  Ordered 2 footlongs on the website with all the normal lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, etc. When we got home they were missing the tomatoes and mayo and nobody said a word when we picked them up. Called and spoke to the manager woman who was very rude and short tempered said they were out of tomatoes and mayo. I asked why didn't you say something when we ordered or picked them up or why don't you go to Ingles next door and get some? She could have cared less, started yelling and saying that every place does this. Definitely NOT management material! Stay away from this hateful place...
