  NEVER !!! READ ALL ‼️ The Boiling Springs place is horrible, first this place smells weed all over the store, not professional! Second the customer service is the worst, I tried for days and hours to Unlock my SIM Restrictions waiting on the line for 30 minutes just for someone to hang up on me and it wasn’t one time it was multiple times like that, even if someone will answer your call they just don’t know nothing and they keep telling you to go to the office and then office says they cannot do anything YOU have to call back to customer service and it’s back and forward with this place! I’m very patient person but this company just killed my patience for several days, NO one cares about you or your Problem! I would NEVER recommend this company because later you gonna have a lot of trouble with them! I’m so disappointed after being customer for OVER a year!

  I had an excellent Customer Service Associate. I walked in with a budget and a brand preference. She pointed out models that were on sale and helped me find protective phone accessories. I walked out with a brand new phone under my budget.
