  Pulled off to get dinner for my son and I and wasn’t a fan of the touch screen ordering in the drive through. Didn’t have a lot of the options I needed. When we pulled up to the window to pay I could see they were making the sandwiches but didn’t come to the window until they were done being made or I could have told them. I wanted to add extra cheese and extra sauce and choose the cookie flavour. When I finally got to tell them when they came to take payment, the older women (who had no shoes on…) gave a crazy amount of attitude and huffed and rolled her eyes. I told them the option wasn’t on the order screen. I asked if it was a big inconvenience to add the cheese and she told me it was because they were closing, the store still had another half hour before closing. The younger girl was polite but the older woman made the whole experience awful and like it was somehow my fault they didn’t have the option on the screen and no one came to the window until it was already done being made.

  Clean, fast and friendly service! Food is fresh and delicious. Compared to some other locations this one is extremely fresh!

  The manager of that store has an attitude against Latina people, more than that he charged us a very high price since the amount he put was for a full sandwich and it was only half. He has no education or respect for customers.

  Charged $22.00 for (1) ft long 5 meat Italian. Sandwich only! It isn't even a12 " bun and the bread is so thin you can't hold it. Not worth more than $12. Subway is a joke. Used to be good food for a fair price. I get the same sandwich at another subway in Charlotte for $16.
