The clerk went out of his way to assist us with unloading our 4 large boxes, helped with covering the old labels and was extremely polite! Best UPS store we have ever visited! Thank you sir!

This location has new ownership, and their customer service was exceptional. They are now open 7 days a week, making it even more convenient since I often can't visit after work during the week.

These nut jobs 🌰🥜 😜🤪😝😛 need A LOT OF HELP FROM PROFESSIONALS!! Every single time 🕰️ I use their services, they have issues of some kind or another. Recently, I didn't have any time 🕰️ to tape up a shipping box 📦 and the young lady behind the counter said that the manager told her that they would charge extra to tape it up for me!! WHAT?!? For some tape that'd cost 5 cents?? These guys need some serious help!! A few years back, I actually called UPS HQ and reported them and complained about this psycho store!! My dad once complained about the copy machine there and the manager told him that he was going to call 📱 the police 👮 on him!! AVOID THIS STORE 🏬 AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN!!

Young lady working there with glasses and tattoos literally yelled at every customer she served. Might want to find a new profession

This is a wonderful UPS store they’re always very professional. The customers that come in are very rude to the staff.
