  Honestly they must go out of their way to hire the rudest, most surly people in the world. The last two times I’ve gone in there, I’ve encountered this. The first time, an older gentleman barked at me to check my package in using a machine that I didn’t know existed. No hello, no “ dud you know you can check your package in yourself behind you using that machine?”. The second time, there were three surly men working (one other seemed ok). No hello, no thank you. They just stand there and glare at you and don’t say a word. Once I told the guy helping me what I wanted to do he proceeded to bark questions at me with zero customer service skills. It’s not that hard to be pleasant. I just don’t understand why whoever runs this place lets this happen. I will go to the store off Buckwalter in the future as they are always pleasant and helpful.

  The wait time was reasonable, the staff, while not overly or overtly friendly — they were nonetheless professional. More importantly, they ensured my overnight delivery was done without any flaws as the contents (passport and Visa Application) were very important and time was of the essence. They were clear in directions, and competent. I would take that over having an incompetent cheer leader. Perhaps some of the more extreme reviews are at least in part, problems that belong to the customers.
