  Our sandwich was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were very patient. I don't usually eat at this chain very often, but of all the locations I've visited, this has been the one where I've had the best experience.

  This was our 1st time to this location. Facility looked clean and well prepared. I got the Cheesy garlic steak and husband ordered the Philly steak. Nope. They were both bland. As we were paying for our to-go order another customer came in to return her sandwiches for a refund. Unfortunately, the manager was speaking to her right beside me, saying customers have been complaining about the steak. Great. I completely understand why.
