  Great customer service! I ordered dinner via DoorDash and our dasher neglected to deliver the whole order. When I called the store to see if the sandwiches were there, because our dasher couldn’t be bothered, they remade our missing sandwiches for me to pick up. The young woman working was very nice and quickly remade our missing items 20 minutes before closing.

  Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff were so friendly and my samdwhich came out perfectly. I will definitely be coming to this location (next to HOTWORX) way more! Fantastic service and super clean restaurant. Highly recommended!!

  this is sloppy work and no lettuce, tomato or onion on this half of the sub is crazy falling apart can't even eat it after spending 20 dollars on this sub, yes i wanted double meat but that's ridiculous, then when I said I wanted to toasted, he acted surprised and said you want toasted. It's grilled chicken. Why the hell would I want cold grilled chicken on my sub ? it was barely toasted btw chicken was still cold I just wasn't in the mood to argue for a refund since the man taking my order could. barely understand me anyway

  Bought an Italian herbs and cheese foot long with rotisserie chicken here today Fab 13, 2026 at around 12 noon there was an Asian guy and a black short dude. They served me wrapped them separately as requested and I was out. When I got to where I was going and I started to eat my meal, I first noticed that the bread wasn’t fresh it was hard by this I was hungry so I continue to consume but I notice that the sandwich didn’t taste like what I’m use to and it had all the regular stuff I ordered and I did see them put it all on. After consuming some more I notice I wasn’t really tasting the rotisserie chicken and I started to taste something slimy. I pulled the sandwich apart and start to feel the meat and i wasn’t sure if it was the wet dressing or the actual meat. I wrapped it up and put it down in my truck thinking I’ll let my wife look at it and see if I was overreacting or something when I got home. By about 2:30/3pm I got back in my truck and my sandwich smelled like spoil meat. I was sold spoiled, slimy rotisserie chicken in an old hard cheese bread. I’ve never experienced this when the lady’s are working here or at any other subway I’ve visited and I visit at least 2 or 3 per week, I’m on the road everyday. Very horrible experience.
