Staff was incredibly rude, my order was cold when asked for toasted and it had incorrect ingredients and I went back in kindly asking to make it again young girl said “are you stupid it’s been an hour since it’s been waiting obviously it’s cold” I said it’s been 15 min and then the older woman came up and said “that’s 20 min I’ll remake it but never again” this is your fault. I explained the wrong ingredients and she said “30 min ago we didn’t have that not my fault”
so I waited for it to be redone and it’s still incorrect with little to no vegetables and the extra cheese I paid for was not included she put 1/2 of the normal cheese on the 2nd sandwich.
When it was done she shoved it across the counter and said “ don’t come back”
I was polite and calm the entire time and I’m eating it even though it’s wrong because if I go back in for a refund I’m likely to get yelled at.
I’ll never come here again,

We came to this subway for lunch yesterday and had gotten a footlong ham and turkey and footlong ham. The service was great and we were greeted at the door and we had phenomenal service. Elina is truly turning that store around. She was super friendly. The bread and cookies were fresh and amazing. It was truly the best experience I've had in a long time!!!!

Every time I go here, there is usually one or two people in line ahead of me, and it literally takes 30 minutes to place and receive my order. When you do order pick up here, they will do all of the in-person orders ahead of the people that placed their order online.
So if there are five people in line, and someone places a DoorDash or a mobile order, they will attend to all five people in line ahead of the person who diligently placed their order in advance.
and then, every time I come here, there is like a lack of thinking that I think is contributing just as much as the lack of personnel. someone ordered two 6-in subs of the exact same type, and the line was held up as the employee made two individual 6-in subs instead of one 12 inch sub and cutting it in half. Then there was a DoorDash there to pick up an order another time. He was there well ahead of any other drivers, yet the attendant didn't even take that into consideration, and made the order for the driver that came in well after the man who had been standing there.
This is all just obvious stuff. Yet, it's constant. I think if the employees went through "active decision-making training" in addition to other training, the restaurant might stand a chance to last another year.
