I am a diehard Subway fan, so leaving this review is painstaking. I stopped at this location at around 9:40PM on Sunday, Aug. 9th. While that was only 20 minutes away from closing time, my friend and I had simple orders and expected to be greeted with the same professional courtesy as if we had gone in at 4PM. This is not a big ask. When we walk in, the (assumably) single employee immediately asked us “What bread you want?” in a dismissive and short tone. No greeting, not even a chance for us to make it all the way to the counter. Okay, you’re in a hurry and wanting to start your closing tasks, but unfortunately for you the customer experience comes before employee convenience, especially when there is a solid 20 minutes before posted closing time. My friend ordered first, a turkey sub. The employee remained short and snappy throughout the assembly, but the order was made correctly. Next it was my turn to order. In that same short tone she again asked me “What bread you want?”. I was having trouble remembering what kind I usually get, and asked her to refresh my memory. She bluntly pointed to the itty bitty sign on the glass and snapped “They’re right there.” Okay, I pick out my bread and she asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no. My friend heard me say no. The employee heard me, and moved on to asking what I wanted on it. I tell her I want the American Club, which comes with turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese. She starts slapping my toppings on, including the bacon. I assumed she wasn’t going to heat the bacon, which deviates from standard Subway practices, but was fine with me personally. I planned to refrigerate the sandwich and eat it later, so I didn’t feel the need to say anything. After the bacon is on, she puts the entire thing in the toaster. I tried to speak up and ask her to remove it, but she either ignored my mild pleas or didn’t hear them, and went to finish the payment portion of my friends transaction. I will admit that I could have been more vocal about getting my sandwich removed from the toaster that instant, but she had already been rude and showed complete disrespect throughout the entire interaction, and I had a suspicion that she would have either reacted poorly or simply refused to remove/remake my sub. After she yanks my poor, warm, sub from the toaster she continues on with asking what else I want it. I am visibly shell shocked. My sub has just been violated, and I am personally offended. I reluctantly tell her what I want on it in terms of veg and condiments. I asked for cucumbers, and she snapped “I ain’t got those” in possibly the snarkiest tone I have ever heard. We finish off the transaction, and I already know I will not be eating this sandwich. The cheese is melted and bubbled up in the bacon grease, my lettuce and mayonnaise are hot and weird, and my bread is crunchy and firm. I am heartbroken. I pay for my once beloved sub, and put a $0 tip. I assume she sees that on her end, or can see my little touch screen, as she gives me a visible stink eye. My friend and I walk out of that Subway, once so excited for a sandwich, now hurt. My head is hung low. We walk out at approximately 9:50PM, and she immediately turns off the Subway sign that indicates the store is open for business. That is not a standard practice for the franchise, and is just generally a poor business practice. All in all, the service was horrible. If she wasn’t making the food right in front of me, I am almost completely certain that she would have spit in it. I will not be returning to this particular location anytime soon, which is particularly sad because it’s on a road I take at least one a week. Subway, please fix this.

We got there and there’s a black lady tattooed down her neck. Everything working there we get in line we order our food. Well, there’s another black lady behind us. As we were trying to order our food, she passes by us, goes to this other woman ask for her order, goes ahead and does her entire sandwich toasted, and then forgot to toast ours when I told her to do it she was iffy about it, barely she didn’t wanna do it and then check the other woman out way before us and then when we finally got the order, she was just rude and obnoxious as we were left. They need to hire new people if that’s how they treat people

Today we visited this place, and the customer service was very disappointing. The employee on duty, a dark-skinned woman whose name I couldn't see, had the worst attitude. From the moment we walked in, she gave us rude looks, was disrespectful, and would not let us choose the ingredients we wanted, insisting that we order what she wanted instead. Her behavior made us feel discriminated against and very uncomfortable. What is disappointing is that we had visited before and were served by another gentleman who was always kind, respectful, and welcoming, which is why we kept coming back. Employees with this kind of attitude end up damaging the business's reputation and driving customers away.

WON'T EVER BE BACK. The girl at the counter had an attitude. We TOLD her right when we got there we had a coupon. She said NOTHING. Didn't wash her hands or even CHANGE GLOVES between the order before us & ours. 2 VIOLATIONS OF THE HEALTH CODE. Didn't even wrap our sandwiches tight like we asked. We presented the coupon & she said with a nasty tone "We don't take those 😒". If you hate working with the public, FIND ANOTHER JOB. Place doesn't even have unsweetened tea anymore. We got out & we are NEVER going back. One of the worst experiences I & my fiancé ever had. At least the order was made correctly, but that's it. Don't bother going here. It's a waste of money & patience.

Don’t order here. They do not care if your order is correct, blames DoorDash everytime. Says it’s not their fault that it’s wrong, that you should check as a customer… but when you do and call to get it rectified they will not do anything.
