The food was good, and the staff was nice and friendly. However, I placed an online order because the app estimated a 20-minute pickup time. I arrived after 22 minutes, and my order still was not ready. I then waited another 35 minutes in the store while watching several customers come in, order, and receive their food within minutes. Each time I asked, I was told, “We’ll get to it in just a minute.”
In total, it took exactly one hour from the time I placed my order until I finally received it. The main reason for ordering online is the convenience and expected pickup timing, so this experience was frustrating. I’m sharing this review in hopes that it helps improve efficiency and timing for online orders at Subway®.

Ya' know, sometimes a drive thru can be hit or miss. When you happen to chance upon someone that just makes the experience really cool, ya' just can't help but appreciate them.
Found that really cool one on 4/10/26 at 5:03.

My sandwich is always perfectly prepared. The staff is courteous and polite. This is the best location in Anderson.

People are getting food poisoning from here! The manager refuses to do anything about it. Fires employees for reporting this to corporate or DHEC! Shut this place down!!
