Delivery & Customer service is absolute TRASH!!! Never got my package delivered when it was scheduled and eventually had to go pick it up myself even after multiple attempts talking with customer care and paying extra to have it expedited. What a joke of a Delivery service! Don't bother calling customer care, they will only blow smoke up your rear to appease you because they clearly have zero control on Delivery services and nothing they say they will do actually happens!

got missed call from my delivery driver to confirm my address called back immediately, no answer, called again over the next 5 days still no answer. they destroyed my package and never delivered it. customer service representative not helpful.

This office has had my RX meds for 3 days. Each day they say out for delivery and then it is returned back to Anderson and says will get it tomorrow. I have been out of meds for 3 days and paid for overnight shipping. Terrible management.

Very disappointed in the delivery that I received from Anderson SC yesterday. As a senior I needed my product delivered as I was unable to pick up due to the weight. Upon inspecting the delivery, it was found to be in pieces! The driver took off as I yelled and chased his truck down my driveway. He knew the product was broken. As a retired mail carrier I understand mishaps. But this was deliberately ignored and unexceptionable! Also very unprofessional!

I have had nothing but issue after issue with FedEx since I moved to my new house. Ordered something about 4 months ago and it took a whole month for them to get the right info and find my house. Never tried to call me, my phone number was listed.
The other day I ordered something. The past 3 DAYS they've been coming to my house to deliver it, and then telling me its not on the truck. WHERE IS MY LAPTOP AT FEDEX?
